The Staff Canteen Live, sponsored by Westlands, is heading to the Birmingham for the Professional Kitchen and Food Service Show (formally the Hospitality Show) at the NEC.
On January 22 and 23, 2019 we will be bringing some of the best chefs from around the UK to our stage to do a live demo, answer your questions and of course pose for selfies!
We are excited to announce the final two chefs who will be joining our amazing chef line-up. Michael Wignall from the Angel Inn at Hetton and Rupert Rowley from Michelin-starred, Fischer's at Baslow Hallas join Colin McGurran, chef owner at Michelin-starred Winteringham Fields; Danny Parker, Executive Chef at Jesmond Dene House and Great British Menu's Ellis Barrie, chef owner of The Marram Grass, will be joining James Cochran, chef owner of 1251 restaurant and Great British Menu 2018 champion of champions; Paul Foster, chef owner of Salt which was awarded its first Michelin star in October this year and Tim Allen, chef partner of The Flitch of Bacon which also achieved its first Michelin star in the 2019 guide.
